2013 SEAT Leon 2.0 TDI SE with Technology Pack (see below). 3 door bodyshell which makes it one of the first ever 3 door SEAT Leons. This is an MQB platform car and is therefore mechanically identical to the Mk7 VW Golf and '8V' generation Audi A3 (from 2013). 2.0 litre 4 cylinder turbocharged TDI diesel engine with 150 PS. Emocion red bodywork with black cloth interior.
4 owners from new but effectively 2 + Seat UK. Originally registered to SEAT UK then sold by main dealer Barlows of Wolverhampton to a gentleman we've known for decades who was a key member of the VW scene in the 90s. He offered it to us directly and we sold it to a customer we'd previously sold a Mk1 TT for his other half. She upgraded to a TTS from us in 2018 but instead of this Leon coming in part exchange, it was passed to the daughter who, a year later, sold it to us.
45500 miles with a full service history including recent cambelt (see images). Last serviced in April 2019 at 41937 miles.
Co2 emissions of 106 g/km.
HPI clear as with all our cars
MOT to 30/11/2019 - no advisory notices at last MOT.

Complete owners manual wallet, 2 keys, original floor mats. Locking wheel bolt key is present.

Technology Pack includes navigation system and LED headlamps. Also has multi-function steering wheel, electric mirrors, cruise control, air conditoning, Bluetooth phone and music streaming. Aftermarket old style Ipod connector in glovebox. We believe the spacesaver spare wheel may also have been an optional extra.

At some point early in its life, this car had some cosmetic paintwork done to bumper and bonnet but this hadn't aged well so we've had the front end refreshed at great expense. You do have to pay for a decent job and this one is hard to fault. Having removed and refitted the bumper ourselves (we like to strip it down 100% to ensure a perfect job with no overspray or edges) we can confirm there is no evidence of accident damage. The rest of the car is in similar condition both inside and out and it drives perfectly.
This car will prove a really useful hack for someone to shove a load of miles onto it and barely affect its value. The long term fuel consumption according to the trip computer is currently showing approximately 55 mpg so the potential is there as long as you don't dip into the generous reserves of performance too often!
